Entries used for the vendor scorecard

This worksheet accepts the vendor and service names, the intended use and selections about data, training, model providers, subprocessors, access, oversight, retention, incidents and exit. Evidence entries contain short references with review and expiry dates. A human-decision record may include a reviewer name, date, rationale and conditions. The browser evaluates these entries locally; the site does not obtain documents from a supplier.

Memory, clearing and exported records

The current inputs and calculated draft exist in this page's memory. They are not saved to local storage or sent to an assessment backend. Editing a field invalidates the displayed draft and disables its export buttons until you calculate again. Clear resets the form and its current result. Closing the tab ends that in-memory page session, but does not remove a file you already downloaded.

Choosing CSV or JSON export creates a file on your device. That file can contain service descriptions, reviewer details, dates and evidence references. Keep it in storage approved for those records and share it only with authorized reviewers. An exported record is not synchronized, emailed or retained by this site.

Page requests and analytics events

The static host receives ordinary connection information needed to deliver the page and assets, such as the requested URL, IP address and browser information. The page loads Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager with analytics storage, advertising storage, advertising user-data and ad-personalization consent initially denied. Consent-mode network requests can still carry technical visit information. A successful calculation records a fixed free-result event with the tool identifier; it does not include the evidence fields, vendor answers or exported scorecard.

The destination applies its own data practices to the visit. No model purchase, vendor account connection or document upload is performed by this worksheet.

Safe evidence references

Use a document identifier or controlled reference instead of pasting the document itself. Exclude passwords, customer records, access tokens and unnecessary personal information. Questions about stored exports belong with the people and systems controlling those files; questions about hosting requests can be directed to the operator through its public contact details.
